The district of Epping Forest is the part of Essex closest to the capital, it even has its own underground stations which often makes it easy for the celebs to live there and get into the big smoke.

But one town, in particular, is absolutely crawling with celebrities.

Chigwell is renowned for luxurious mansions, fancy restaurants and a glamorous lifestyle and many big stars call it home.

Located in the western corner of Essex near the M11 and border with London, Chigwell is part of the so-called ‘golden triangle’ of wealthy locations along with Loughton and Buckhurst Hill.

It’s home to footballers, singers and celebs – you may have spotted Chigwell’s famed restaurant Sheesh on the Instagram stories of famous sports people and reality TV stars.

Chigwell really is the town that celebrities love and regularly return to.
