Suzanna Shaw was one member of the 90s hit pop group Hear’Say that also launched the careers of stars presenter Myleene Klass and actress Kym Marsh.
The group shot to fame and enjoyed chart topping success with the hit Pure and Simple which won them critical acclaim.
The star who recently turned 40 went on to achieve a string of acting and TV accolades including on the stage in London’s West End, she became the Dancing on Ice champion and also starred in ITV’s Emmerdale.
She also underwent a whole body transformation two years ago after opting for a plant based diet and lifestyle changes including exercise and meditation.
Suzanne told her followers on social media: “At the beginning of 2020 I wanted to change my lifestyle but not like I’d done in the past…
“Starting a new regime for it to last eight weeks max and then fall off the health wagon and then try a new type of diet or fitness regime and a few months later, fail again and turn to the blame game!”

The star has come a long way since leaving Hear’Say behind her and battling booze and depression for nearly two decades.
But Suzanne also hit the headlines for her relationship at the time with actor and singer Darren Day. The couple were revealed to be in a relationship while they were both engaged to other people.
The pair who met on the set of the musical Summer Holiday went on to have a son together, Corey, in 2004 but sadly split in 2005.
In 2018 while in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Darren spoke fondly of his ex: “We were together for a year and a half, we’ve got this beautiful boy and at the end of the day, it’s all been a happy ending.”
Darren is now happily married to actress Stephanie Dooley, with whom he shares children Madison, nine, and Dalton, four, as well as being a stepfather to Dooley’s son Jordan, 17.
Suzanne had a string of relationships including a failed married to Jason King, but has found love again with partner Sam Greenfield and welcomed her second baby boy a decade on.
