When it comes to design inspiration for the hub of the home, celebrity kitchens have plenty to offer. Between social media and reality TV, we get to see the unique details in these coveted spaces that can provide ideas for our own home improvement projects.
According to Wren Kitchens, Google searches for “celebrity kitchens” saw a 118 percent increase in the last year, with searches for “Kendall Jenner kitchen” seeing a whopping 1,757% increase. Here, the company shares how you can redo your kitchen with similar features to your favorite figure for a fraction of the price.
Based in the UK, Wren Kitchens opened its first showroom in the U.S. last year in Milford, Connecticut, which was crowned America’s biggest kitchen showroom at 31,464 square feet. This year, the expansion will continue with additional showrooms across the Northeast and a manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.
For distinctive details, Wren Kitchens shows how to re-create some iconic designs with renderings inspired by the cooking spaces of Kendall Jenner, James Corden, Jennifer Aniston and Gordon Ramsay. From the farmhouse chic aesthetic of Kendall Jenner’s kitchen to the monochrome marble featured in Jennifer Aniston’s personal space, you can take the luxurious tastes of the rich and famous and emulate them in your own home.
Country-inspired with a farmhouse feel, Kendall Jenner’s kitchen exudes character and keeps a charming aesthetic throughout. Now you can get a piece of the Kardashian lifestyle with Wren’s Shaker Chelsea cabinets in forest green. To keep costs down, you can choose classic white quartz instead of marble for the countertops and backsplash. Not only will it offer the same beautiful rippling effect, but quartz is easier to maintain than marble.
Offering traditional flair in abundance, James Corden’s kitchen highlights spacious practicality with enough room to host a bevy of Hollywood beauties. If this timeless space speaks to you, a similar look can come from the Wren Infinity or Infinity Plus range, and their Georgian or Architect style. In an expansive space, hardwood flooring can take up a chunk of your budget. Eco-friendly bamboo can give you the same feel at a more reasonable price point.
Bold in design, Jennifer Aniston’s former kitchen combines checkerboard chic with contemporary farmhouse touches. Wren re-creates the look with their Chelsea collection. If you’re in the mood for monochrome, you can try the Milano Ultra kitchen in Nero. For a kitchen on a budget that still looks like a million bucks, you can create a classic checkerboard effect with porcelain tiles instead of marbled stone.
Lastly, Gordon Ramsay has the ultimate chef’s space with functional features like broad refrigeration, built-in appliances and a double island that offers an effortless flow throughout. You can enjoy the same livable luxury with Wren’s Framed Juratek kitchen in sage. In lieu of a dual-island layout, you might consider a more affordable central prep station. With a little creativity, you can elevate the heart of the home with some inspiration from these highly customized spaces.
