Prince Harry says it is ‘really sad’ when paparazzi infringe on celebrities
Prince Harry has discussed how he’s learnt the “really sad” reality celebrities in California face because of the paparazzi presence, following his family’s decision to flee to the golden state.
“How sad that if you live in LA and you’re a well known figure you just have to accept it,” he said.
“Just because I am a well known person I can’t go outside anymore?
“But it’s really, really sad and of course their argument, the paparazzi and everybody else, is that if you’re in the public space it’s fine for us to do it. So what is our human right?”
Harry was a guest on the ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast where he spoke about his decision to move his family to the US to “break that cycle” of “pain and suffering” he had endured as a member of the royal family.
“Isn’t life about breaking the cycle? There’s no blame, I don’t think we should be pointing the finger or blaming anybody,” he said.
“But certainly when it comes to parenting if I’ve experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I am going to make sure that I break that cycle so that I don’t pass it on, basically
