I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here is an ITV classic which has returned to our screens tonight (Sunday, November 21).
Fans up and down the country can’t wait to watch much-loved celebrities face their fears in Bushtucker Trials and get to know the more human side of their favourite celebs.
Viewers are also eager to know which celeb will be crowned king or queen of the jungle when the series comes to an end before Christmas.
The I’m a Celeb lineup is always a star-studded affair, and this year is no exception.
However, just a few minutes after the show began viewers were already complaining about the calibre of this year’s celebs.
A number of viewers seem to think the celebrities chosen to appear on the show are not well known enough.
One Twitter user said: “Very loose usage of the word celebrity this year #ImACeleb ”
Another added: “This line-up has got to be the worst in the show’s history??? #ImACeleb ”
“Scraping the barrel this year on I’m a celeb eh,” another bemused fan added.
“Am I the only person who has no idea who anyone is?”
