Coldplay will be staying for a week at the Late Show with James Corden.
The British rock group, led by Chris Martin, is ready to appear on the CBS show from October 18th to 21st, ahead of their next album, Music of the Sphere.
The band’s long-awaited new release features Selena Gomez, BTS, King, Jacob Collier and more, and will be released later this month.
29-year-old Serena is already teasing a snippet of her new song “Let Somebody Go” on Twitter.
The 15-second audio clip has been listened to more than a million times by fans, and one source recently claimed that collaboration represents a “dream come true.”
The insider explains: “Chris has always been a big fan of Serena, and it’s a dream come true for her to finally sing on Coldplay records.
“He wrote a beautiful ballad for her and recorded it together in April.
“They are already planning a special live performance over the release of the band’s album.
“She is so popular with young people that the group hopes that such collaborations will help keep the group’s next generation fans.”
Coldplay and BTS are currently at the top of the charts with the hit “My Universe”.
And Chris, who has Guy Berryman, Will Champion and Jonny Buckland in the band, has previously revealed that he likes to work with a Korean boy band.
He explained: “I’ve seen it in my head for months, and I’m here now.
“It was very hard to go to Korea. I was very lucky to the people who came just for recording.”
